Hello, I’m Brigid.

As an educator and facilitator, I welcome you into sacred space dedicated to learning, healing, and self-discovery.

My practice is grounded in six years of experience in sexological work, enriched by the last 3.5 years of ongoing study at the Institute for the Study of Somatic Sex Education.

Since 2016 I have been creating experiences for women to explore body + spirit through multi-week classes, ritual, workshops, and nature immersions.

I have my practice at the Saltspring Healing Centre on McPhillips Ave, SSI BC where I work with individuals, couples, and hold weekly group sessions for women.

I remain incredibly grateful for my teachers.

For those holding the torch at the Institute:

Dr. Liam Capt Snowdon, Corinne Diachuk, Katie Spataro.

And notable thanks to:

Seraphina Capranos, as my priestess teacher over this last decade.

Caffyn Jesse, for lovingly guiding me onto an inspiring and integral path of sexological work and sacred intimacy back in 2018.

Kaariina Saarinen, for bringing me to the depths of the womb and entrusting me with responsibility.

Raised amidst the rugged beauty of Cape Breton Island NS, my connection to nature and my Celtic heritage + traditions has deeply influenced my approach to healing. As a descendant of the Outer Hebrides, I value my ancestral roots and their impact on both my life and practice.

In the depths of nature, alongside my daughter Zora, I continually find inspiration and insight that guide my work.

This Motherline lives on.
