Next Journey Beginning October 2024 - Samhain to Winter Solstice

Welcome—I’m Brigid. Please take a look at my About Me page so you can have an understanding of what my work, my practices, and general sense of being is rooted in. If you have any questions or would like to know more, please reach out to me.

In this space, we’re here to learn about ourselves and from one another in a shared journey of exploration and connection.

We come together to engage in embodied practices that deepen our self-awareness and cultivate a positive relationship with our bodies and life force. Through shared experiences, movement, and connection, this journey invites you to slow down and tend to the sacred parts of self.

Who is this is for?

Remember Her is designed for women who are committed to personal growth and seeking a supportive circle, rooted in body-based and somatic practices, to share this journey with.

You may remember, deep in your bones, that we have always circled as women and believe in the wisdom and magic that emerges when we gather together.

This circle may be for you if:

  • You are doing the work but yearn for community and connection with like-minded women in sacred space.

  • You feel that ritual and experiential learning are essential to your personal growth and development.

  • You are ready to reconnect with your body, whether healing from past wounds or simply seeking deeper presence and self-awareness.

  • You desire to cultivate a more positive relationship with yourself and explore the deeper layers of being human.

  • You seek a space where vulnerability is embraced, and shared experiences can deepen your understanding and connection with others.

  • You are a courageous spirit seeking your next edge, feeling a full-body yes to this experience—trust that instinct.

What to Expect:

In this circle, we will prioritize slowing down and being present with one another. Our focus is on experiential learning, allowing us to gather insights from our bodies and share in the richness of our collective experiences through:

  • Embodied Practices: Engaging in simple, intentional exercises that invite us to tune into our bodies and the wisdom they hold.

  • Cultivating Trust: Creating a safe space for sharing and exploring, fostering a sense of trust within ourselves and among one another.

  • Sharing Experiences: Offering the opportunity to express what arises in our bodies and lives, recognizing that each woman’s journey is unique.

  • Exploration of Presence: Allowing ourselves to experience the fullness of our emotions, from joy to grief, and everything in between.

Through these practices, we aim to build a deeper connection to ourselves and each other, enhancing our understanding of our bodies and our shared experiences.

Expectations of Participants:

As we enter circle together, I invite you to bring your full presence and commitment.

My expectations of you include:

  • Commitment: Please ensure you have the space in your life to fully engage in this journey and invest in yourself.

  • Sober Presence: For the integrity of this work, I ask that you come sober, as substances of any kind do not align with the intentions we set together.

  • Resourcefulness: It’s important that you feel resourced enough to dive into this experience, allowing yourself to explore and engage fully.

By honoring these expectations, we create a safe and supportive environment for everyone involved.

Life was not meant for us to travel alone, the experiences and wisdom that we have gathered is meant to be shared.

So, please—come and share.

Payment:

I’m committed to making this journey accessible, so I’m offering three payment tiers. Please choose the one that aligns with your financial situation.

1 payment of $131 – For those who could benefit from some financial support to join.

2 payments of $131 – For those who can comfortably contribute this amount given their current financial situation.

3 payments of $131 – For those who feel resourced and wish to contribute more toward the sustainability of this work.

Following the current circle, our next 9-week journey will begin at the end of January and run until the end of March. I have a list started for those who have already reserved their spot—please let me know if you'd like to be added.

Why I Offer This:

The roots of this journey are often echoed in the stories of many women. Growing up in a culture where messages around womanhood can be fraught with pain, I understand the challenges of navigating one's body and sense of self. Many of us have internalized beliefs that make it difficult to see our bodies as sacred, often feeling unsafe or disconnected.

Remember Her is my response to these shared experiences.

I aim to offer a safe and intentional space for women to gather, explore, and be slow with their bodies.

Together, we will break silences, set boundaries, and engage in hands-on learning about the anatomy and physiology of our most sacred parts. Through dearmouring practices, reconnecting with the wisdom of the womb, sharing our stories, and cultivating body trust, we will explore new ways of being in our bodies.

This work is dear to my heart as many women, myself included, were not given the resources or safe spaces to truly connect with their bodies and their inner knowing. Often, those who gather here have never had the opportunity to slow down and be with themselves in such ways.

Together, we are carving a new path forward.
