The Liberation Package: 12 Sessions for Embodied Healing and Empowerment

Through a combination of somatic sex education, trauma-informed practices, and embodied coaching, we will work together to release old patterns, beliefs, and limitations that are holding you back from living a fully expressed and liberated life.

This package includes:

• 12 90-minute sessions, spaced out over several months to allow for integration and growth

• Personalized somatic practices and homeplay assignments to support your growth and transformation outside of our sessions

• Guidance and support for navigating any challenges or blocks that arise along the way

• Access to resources and tools to deepen your understanding of somatic sex education and embodied healing
